Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

JB Harris Logistics is seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our internal development team. You will play a critical role in the evolution of our proprietary, multi-tenant Inventory Management System (IMS 2.0) — a modern, scalable platform used to track and manage equipment, attachments, inspections, maintenance, scheduling, and billing across multiple OEM yards.

We are building a best-in-class tool to support our growing logistics and equipment management operations, and we need a developer who is excited by ownership, performance, and real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end functionality of IMS 2.0


• Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using dynamic table components


• Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and data security policies


• Maintain backend database logic, including SQL security policies and RLS (Row Level Security)


• Integrate and support Supabase Auth and synchronization processes


• Conduct system troubleshooting and performance optimization


• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript


• Proficiency in SQL and working with Supabase/PostgreSQL


• Understanding of modern web application architecture


• Strong ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders


• Must be available to work on-site daily in Newnan, GA

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating from no-code platforms like AppSheet


• Familiarity with logistics, inventory, or inspection systems


• Exposure to business intelligence tools like Power BI


• A passion for simplifying complex workflows and a product-first mindset
