Superintendent ( {{city}})
A commercial general contractor is hiring for a superintendent to oversee projects in Dublin, GA.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience with commercial general contracting companies required.
- Experience with either healthcare or data center projects is required.
- Data center or healthcare remodeling experience is preferred, but ground-up experience is also compatible.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills , especially in active or occupied environments
- OSHA 30 Certification within the past 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid understanding of construction methods , blueprints , and project documentation
- Preferred: Familiarity with low-voltage systems , site utilities , or telecom infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain accurate daily reports , safety logs , and inspection records
- Assist with material deliveries , equipment logistics , and site access planning
- Track project schedule milestones and report potential delays or issues
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to progress updates
- Help review subcontractor scopes and ensure site safety and quality standards
- Foster a respectful, safety-conscious, and productive jobsite culture
