Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business in your assigned territory by prospecting, cold calling, and building strong client relationships.
- Sell a variety of material handling equipment solutions, including new, used, and rental equipment.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, driving renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct client needs assessments and create customized equipment proposals.
- Stay informed on equipment values, market trends, and financing options to better serve customers.
- Attend sales training events and manufacturer-led sessions to enhance your expertise.
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager on strategy and support for complex opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, in industries such as industrial, construction, material handling, warehousing, distribution, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or building materials.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and closing long-cycle deals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a field-based role (80–90% travel).
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
