Product Data Specialist
Location: Jacksonville, FL (JAX) or Atlanta, GA (ATL)
Duration: 6+ months (Contract)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join our team for a 6+ month contract. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and have a strong background in data management, Microsoft Excel, and database systems. The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining product data, processing maintenance requests, and supporting supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product data using Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Maintain and update databases; experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred.
• Enter and process maintenance requests for products and categories.
• Manage web descriptions (L2) and facilitate material status changes, including:
• • Submitting requests and collaborating directly with merchants.
  • Releasing items to the web and updating SKU status.
  • Communicating with merchants via a ticketing system.
  • Working within systems such as UCC, SAP, Enterworks, and Excel.
  • Processing large volumes of updates (e.g., 2,200+ updates as needed).
• Provide support for product returns and supply chain attribute management.
• Handle a high volume of daily tickets (120+ per day) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all processes are completed according to established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including use of formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Experience with SAP or other database management systems is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external merchants.
