Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

TRC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join a premier distribution team in Norcross, GA. This role is vital to our supply chain, ensuring the accurate handling of incoming freight and the timely fulfillment of customer orders. Targeted Skill Sets

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess or have experience in the following areas:

• Order Picking & Packing: High-volume fulfillment with a focus on accuracy.

• Shipping & Receiving: Documentation, BOL verification, and freight handling.

• Inventory Control: Stocking, cycle counting, and replenishment.

• Warehouse Tech: Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), RF Scanners, or basic data entry.

• Material Handling: Safe lifting practices and physical stamina.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics: Receive shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.

• Inventory Management: Unload and store inventory in designated locations to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

• Outbound Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label products accurately for daily shipments.

• Quality Control: Audit picked items for quality and accuracy before final staging.

• Documentation: Maintain precise digital and physical records of all shipping and receiving activities.

• Stock Maintenance: Assist with periodic inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems for inventory tracking.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

• Safety: Must provide and wear closed-toe shoes at all times.

• Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
