Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU, including continuous monitoring and rapid response to changes in condition
- Administer medications, therapies, and life-sustaining treatments per physician orders
- Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other ICU equipment as trained
- Perform frequent assessments, interpret data, and escalate concerns to the care team promptly
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members; support patient and family education and discharge planning

Requirements
- Must live 80+ miles from the facility
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- Availability for night shifts (3x12 hours)
- Willingness to commit to an 8-week contract
- Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC
