I opened my agency in October 2016 and currently have a team of six. I got my start in the insurance world right out of college, working for another agent. Seeing how he built and grew his business inspired me to take the leap and build something of my own. Im a Georgia Southern graduate and a proud dad of three girlsfive-year-old twins and a two-year-old. I also have a dog and live right here in the community we serve. When Im not in the office, youll find me outdoorsrunning, camping, hunting, or fishing. We like to keep things fun and rewarding for the team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tyler Hood - State Farm Agent is looking for a highly motivated Sales Producer with prior State Farm experience to drive new business and grow our agency. In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of State Farm products and industry trends will enable you to effectively market insurance solutions, close deals, and exceed sales targets. If you are a driven, sales-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we are eager to see how your talents can contribute to our agencys success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
- Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- State Farm experience is required.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.
This is a remote position.
