Boxxie is a corporate gifting and branded experience agency serving some of the most recognized names in business. Born in Los Angeles, now headquartered in Atlanta, we operate at agency speed and have grown 100% year over year. We design, produce, and fulfill PR mailers and corporate gifts ranging from bespoke single pieces to runs of 1,000 — all in-house, all with intention.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position that sits at the intersection of operations, client services, and production. You will report directly to the Project Manager with daily correspondence with the founder.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company on a clear growth trajectory. The right candidate will grow alongside the business and take increasing ownership over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory management, receiving and unboxing deliveries, and maintaining organized stock
• Order tracking and budget management across multiple simultaneous projects
• Vendor communication and quality control throughout the production process
• Kit building, branding, fulfillment, and shipping coordination
• Participation in client-facing calls on live jobs
• Professional written communication with clients across email and project platforms
• General operational support across all active projects — this role is wide-ranging by design

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in a coordinator, assistant, production, or agency-adjacent role
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional in all client correspondence
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and Slack; comfort with basic budgeting
• Genuine interest in brands, trends, PR, and influencer marketing
• Agile and physically capable of being on your feet throughout the workday — this role involves active, warehouse-adjacent work
• A self-starter who brings ideas, asks good questions, and takes initiative

OUR WORKSPACE

Boxxie operates out of a shared warehouse facility with dedicated common areas, a kitchen, and our own private entrance and dock. It is a collaborative, professional environment built for production work at a high pace.

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

Salary: $35,000 – $38,000

Benefits: Health insurance + unlimited PTO

Location: 575 Wharton Dr. SW, Atlanta GA — minimum 3 days/week on-site
