Position Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the production team in a food manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The supervisor will lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance in food production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline production workflows and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food production processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and resolve conflicts.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
