Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies according to hospital protocols and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document nursing care thoroughly.
• Adhere to ACLS and BLS standards ensuring patient safety at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital of similar size and acuity.
• Successful completion of at least one previous travel nursing contract.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
