We are looking for a motivated person with high integrity to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn the business and grow professionally. This position will work inside, outside leads, and promote our agency by being active in developing relationships in the community. This opportunity will consist of personal lines insurance and potentially commercial, farm and life.

ResponsibilitiesInsurance Agents use strongly developed interpersonal skills to increase the number of insurance policies an agency sells. Insurance Agents have the following responsibilities:
Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance
Network with potential customers
Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
RequirementsPrevious insurance or sales experience is not required but could be beneficial. Georgia Property Casualty is not required for interview but is required for full start date. Providing honest communication and operating in Highest Ethical manner is requirement. Must be comfortable engaging and building relationships in the community. Willing to make outgoing calls. Available to work a minimal amount of occasional appointments, events or participating in social events evenings or Saturdays.
