Healthcare Support Home Care is seeking a dependable, flexible, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join our team as a Part-Time Float .
This unique role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable adapting to changing schedules and environments.
Position Overview:
The Float CNA will travel to multiple locations (sometimes within the same day) to support business and client needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
This role may include:
- Providing direct client care in the field
- Supporting office operations
- Assisting at marketing or community events
- Occasional work-from-home administrative support
Schedule will be assigned based on business needs. Some weekend availability is required. Flexibility is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active CNA certification (in good standing)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable traveling between locations
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable speaking with clients, families, referral sources, and community members
- Adaptable and able to pivot quickly as needs change
- Tech-comfortable for light administrative tasks when needed
- Available to work occasional weekends
