Position: Estate Sale Coordinator

Location: Suwanee
Employment Type: Part-Time (~20-40 hours/week, 80-160 hours/month)
Compensation: $15/hour + 5% Commission
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

The Estate Sale Coordinator supports the Team Lead and sale team by staging, pricing, and assisting customers at estate sales. This role is hands-on, creative, and customer-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys physical, detail-oriented work and helping clients through important life events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup, staging, and pricing of items prior to sales.

  • Ensure all items are tagged clearly and displayed to maximize visibility.

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service on sale days.

  • Monitor safety and security, including removing hazards and reporting concerns.

  • Restage and reorganize items throughout the sale to keep displays appealing.

  • Support sale-day and closing procedures, including signage and cash handling.

  • Help with post-sale cleanouts, coordinating pickup with vendors and charities, packing up donations, overseeing pickup

  • Coordinate logistics across sales, ensuring supplies are transported, ensuring sale readiness and assisting team lead with quality control

  • Update customer contact database including email lists by location and specialty customers

  • Manage appointments and customer communication for appointment-only on-site sales

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client homes.

  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs (50 lbs preferred).

  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Preferred: Customer service or sales experience.

  • Preferred: Problem-solving mindset and eye for detail.
