On-Site Account Manager
MAU is hiring an On-Site Account Manager in Savannah, GA. As an Onsite Staffing & Associate Relations Leader, you will support MAU associates onsite, partner with customer leadership, manage recruiting and onboarding activities, oversee employee relations and HR functions, and help ensure operational, safety, and performance goals are met. This is a Direct-Hire position.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of equivalent experience
2-5 years of human resources or employee relations experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education and Experience
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Lean Green Belt
Root cause analysis training
Staffing industry, manufacturing, human resources, or production supervisor experience

Ability to supervise MAU Associates as required
Essential Functions
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer operations supervision
Maintain a strong applicant pipeline by developing recruiting sources, processing candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and collaborating with Recruitment Marketing on job advertising and recruiting campaigns as needed
Regularly review customer work orders and communicate with customer stakeholders
Pre-screen, interview, select, and hire MAU Associates according to work order requirements
Conduct consistent orientation and onboarding for new associates according to established customer standards
Administer company policies and procedures
Process, verify, and maintain employee documentation, including absences, investigations, performance reports, and termination details
Lead incident investigations, ensuring accurate information distribution, appropriate case management, and communication of corrective actions
Enter incident information into ICI and complete the four key elements of investigations
Conduct confidential personnel investigations as needed
Ensure adherence to MAU Personal Conduct Rules and administer employee counseling according to the MAU Open Door Policy
Complete accident reports and onsite investigations within 24 hours and counsel employees regarding safety violations
Promote accountability for uniform, personal protective equipment (PPE), and work process compliance
Notify employees when assignments are completed or terminated
Monitor and audit timekeeping systems and employee time records
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline work processes
Support the MAU Touch Program by completing scheduled associate checks
Perform safety audits using ICI, BBS, and PIT observations
Serve as a liaison between MAU Associates and department and operations leaders
Notify client supervisors of employee absences and ensure timely communication
Facilitate daily team meetings
Set up new pay and bill rates in the system with management approval
Process merit, tenure, and incentive increases
Communicate with customers to resolve invoice non-payment issues
Attend unemployment and workers’ compensation hearings as necessary
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work is performed at customer facilities in both administrative and manufacturing environments
Routinely use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
Customer sites may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy-powered industrial vehicles
Work environments may range from non-temperature-controlled manufacturing areas to GMP clean-room environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours
Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day
Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
