Fiberglass Technician
- Pay of $17 per hour

- Experience reading and following assembly instructions
- Ability to align, assemble, and inspect components using hand tools or machines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to document work and maintain clean workspaces
- Familiarity with fiberglass application processes and repair techniques
- Create fiberglass-reinforced parts, including polishing, cleaning, and applying release products to molds
- Properly apply gel coat, fiberglass reinforcement (chopper gun and/or hand lay-up), and structural materials
- Perform fiberglass, gel coat, wood structure, painting, carpeting, and finishing repairs
- Identify required repair processes and estimate repair time
- Apply releasing agents and layers of resin and fiberglass mats to molds until desired thickness is achieved
- Ensure manufacturing tools, dies, templates, and cutout patterns meet specifications
- Assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, hoists, or manual alignment
- Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed production records
