What You'll Do:

As the HR Manager, you’ll oversee a facility of 600 or fewer employees, playing a pivotal role in shaping our culture and driving key outcomes. You’ll lead the HR team while partnering with management to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading people-centric initiatives that align with company objectives and local regulations.
• Driving organizational success through recruitment, performance management, training, and retention strategies.
• Coaching and advising managers to foster informed decisions and positive employee experiences.
• Monitoring key metrics to ensure the achievement of performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent).
• Proven leadership experience managing HR teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in HR laws and metrics, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
