TRC Talent is looking for a Production Operator for our client in Hiram

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a team responsible for assembling conveyor systems. This role requires the ability to follow blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
• $17/hr
• Temp to hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble conveyor system components according to blueprints and technical drawings
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise assembly
• Operate general hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the work area as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience using general hand and power tools
• Basic measurement skills, including reading a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
