What You'll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding prospects toward the right coverage.

• Nurture leads and identify new sales opportunities to consistently hit and exceed targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals.

• Partner with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activity in our CRM.

What You Bring

• Sales experience — a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.

• Communication skills — excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation ability.

• Client focus — a service mindset and the ability to address varying client needs effectively.

• Drive and organization — self-motivation, adaptability, and the time-management skills to juggle multiple clients.

• Nice to have — prior CRM experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience is welcome).

• Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must currently reside in Georgia.

• Schedule: Full-time.

• Compensation: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
