Construction Superintendent ( {{city}})

DSI Construction is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. This position is based in Athens-Clarke County, GA.

The salary range for the role is $95,000 - $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including subcontractors and vendors.

Ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule constraints.

Maintain high standards of quality and safety on site.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Procore.

Familiarity with building codes and regulations applicable in Athens-Clarke County, GA.
