About the Role
The Administrator National Operations Process documents enhancements resolves operational issues and provides day-to-day process administration across multiple business units. Youll support IT initiatives including NetSuite enhancements assist with onboarding gather employee feedback and ensure consistency and quality across operational workflows. This role requires collaboration attention to detail and a commitment to driving efficiency and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Document operational enhancements issues and problems and communicate solutions to National Operations leadership.
- Deliver day-to-day operations support and process administration across multiple business units.
- Coordinate with business units to capture best practices and convert them into national policies procedures and programs.
- Maintain update and manage organizational web applications supporting all documentation.
- Provide accurate reporting of key performance indicators to ensure excellent service levels for clients.
- Collect employee feedback via surveys quarterly meetings and engagement platforms.
- Support field operations administrative tasks to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Youll Need
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3 years of multi-level management experience; 1 year of project management experience; demonstrated ability to identify analyze create document and execute policies and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication strong interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Technical: Familiarity with NetSuite and web-based organizational tools; ability to document and manage workflows and enhancements.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented able to plan work effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Accurate and timely documentation of enhancements issues and process improvements.
- Efficient delivery of day-to-day operational support and process administration.
- Completion of assigned projects within prescribed timeframes.
