Patient Service Coordinator or Medical Receptionist
Thomasville Eye Center is currently looking for a Full Time Patient Service Coordinator and/or Front Office Medical Receptionist .Applicant must be dependable, well organized, able to multi-task, possess a high energy personality with a strong willingness to learn. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, running eligibility, making appointment confirmation calls, verifying insurance benefits, collecting copays and patient payments for office visits and surgeries, calling insurance for benefits and surgery out of pocket expenses, requesting PA's for surgery, patient collections and other front office duties. May also cover checking in/out patients. This is a Full Time 40 hour work week position. Pay will be based on experience.
