Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales – North America will be responsible for leading and scaling Eureka Robotics' sales strategy, team, and revenue generation activities across the region. This executive will build a high-performing sales organization, define go-to-market strategies, and develop strong customer and partner relationships. The VP of Sales will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, balancing long-term vision with immediate execution to deliver sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Establish sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and predictability.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments within North America.
Team Building & Management
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across the region.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and development to strengthen solution selling, technical acumen, and customer engagement.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Lead enterprise sales cycles with key customers from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
- Represent Eureka Robotics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand recognition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
- Provide customer insights and market intelligence to inform product development and service strategies.
- Support corporate strategy with regional market perspectives and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B technology, industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Proven record of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Strong network and established relationships within North American manufacturing and automation ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in solution-based, consultative selling and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
