We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are optimistic, self-driven, have superb business skills who are motivated to take ownership of their department to lead it to excellence.

In addition, candidate must:

• Help lead, train and motivate advisors daily
• Review all RO's for completion and accuracy daily
• Follow the Five Star process in the service drive
• Conduct one on ones with employee based on performance/metrics
• Interact with clients on service to be performed as well as follow up concerns
• Manage employee schedules and pay plans
• Provide and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees and customers
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
