Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring in a telemetry-focused inpatient care setting.
- Continuously monitor telemetry data, interpret alarms, respond promptly to changes in patient condition, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, manage IVs and lines, and document care and outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the health care team to develop and execute patient care plans; participate in patient and family education.
- Float to Medical-Surgical areas within the float pool as needed and backfill staffing gaps to maintain unit coverage.
- Uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards in all clinical activities.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the ability to practice in Georgia.
- Proficiency or experience with telemetry monitoring and inpatient nursing care.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a float pool/backfill environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, documentation accuracy, and adherence to policies and procedures.
