Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients/customers in need of assistance with hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing timely solutions.
- Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware systems.
- Training users on new or updated systems and technologies.
- Maintaining records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve technical support processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with customer service and client interaction.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
