Intern, Dealer Digital Business
Position Objective
Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Digital Business Intern to support the rollout and ongoing execution of our Sales Funnel Program and the onboarding of Porsche Centers onto a new Porsche Center website platform. This internship plays a critical role in supporting dealerships through digital transformation initiatives that enhance the customer journey, strengthen lead management, and improve conversion performance across our dealer network.
This role offers hands-on exposure to digital retail strategy, dealer operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a premium automotive brand.
Assignment duration: April – September 2026
The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination, tracking, and execution of onboarding activities for Porsche Centers transitioning to a new Porsche website program
- Support dealerships throughout the onboarding process by helping manage timelines, documentation, and readiness milestones
- Assist with the rollout and ongoing execution of the Sales Funnel Program across the Porsche Center network
- Analyze lead generation and conversion data to identify performance trends and support data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of website launches, program updates, and support materials
- Help develop and maintain reporting dashboards, training content, and dealer-facing communications to support program adoption
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital platforms, customer journey optimization, and dealer-facing programs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Jira and Confluence is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
