Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Apprentice to support the maintenance team in keeping production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance while learning from experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment repairs

• Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision

• Safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance projects

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience or completion of a maintenance/mechanical trade school program

• General assortment of hand tools and knowledge of their proper use

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in an industrial manufacturing environment
