Customer Service/Order Entry Representative (SAP Required)

Duluth, GA | Contract-to-Hire | 100% Onsite

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a customer-focused professional with recent SAP experience and a passion for providing exceptional service? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Duluth, GA. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing company where your customer service, order management, and relationship-building skills will make a direct impact.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional communication.
• Support the sales team with lead generation activities and CRM management.
• Follow up on warm leads via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM systems.
• Process customer orders from start to finish, including:
• • Order entry
  • Pricing and terms verification
  • Order confirmations
  • New customer setup
  • Quote management
• Respond to customer questions regarding pricing, product availability, shipping status, lead times, and order updates.
• Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, and shipping departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer repair requests, returns, and credit inquiries.
• Create and assign support tickets for Product Specialists and Application Support teams.

What We're Looking For

✅ 3–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ Recent SAP experience (required)
✅ Strong order entry and customer account management skills
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
✅ Positive attitude, high energy, and a customer-first mindset
