We are looking for a **reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant** to help us identify high-quality leads of businesses that need cleaning services.

## 🎯 Your Role:

Your main responsibility is to **find businesses that are likely experiencing cleaning problems** and collect their contact information.

## 🔍 Lead Types to Find:

### 🏠 Airbnb Hosts (HIGH PRIORITY)

Identify Airbnb listings with:

* ⭐ Ratings between **3.5 – 4.6 stars**
* Reviews mentioning:
* “dirty”
* “unclean”
* “not cleaned properly”
* “hair,” “dust,” “stains,” etc.

👉 These are **high-priority leads**

### 🏢 Property Managers

* Apartment complexes
* Property management companies
* Short-term rental managers

### 🏗️ Construction Companies

* General contractors
* Home builders
* Companies that may need **post-construction cleaning**

### 🏬 Commercial Properties

* Offices
* Medical offices
* Dental offices
* Retail spaces

## 🧠 Responsibilities:

* Research leads using Google, Airbnb, Facebook, LinkedIn, and directories
* Identify decision-makers (owners, managers, hosts)
* Collect accurate contact details:
* Name
* Email
* Phone
* Website
* Identify and flag **cleaning-related issues in reviews**
* Organize all data in a clean Google Sheet

## 📊 Daily Expectations:

* 50–100 qualified leads per day
* Clean, organized spreadsheet
* Accurate and verified information
* Highlight high-priority leads clearly

## 📋 Data Format (Required Columns):

* Business Name
* Contact Name
* Email
* Phone
* Website
* Type of Lead (Airbnb / Property Manager / Construction / Commercial)
* Issue Type (Cleaning / Other)
* Notes (include review details if applicable)

## ✅ Requirements:

* Experience with lead generation or online research
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions exactly
* Good written English
* Reliable internet connection
