Senior Manager of Finance

Our client, aprivate equity backed business, is seeking aSenior Finance Managerto join their team in a newly created position. The role isdesigned to partner directly with theCFO and CEOon all aspects ofFP&A and financial operations. This highly visible role will provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and play a key part in driving growth.

The Senior Finance Manager will have the unique opportunity to occasionallytravel with the CEO to their various sites in the SE,presenting financial results and explaining performance metrics to operational leaders. Additionally, this role will be involved inM&A activity, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and CEO on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy

• Develop and maintain financial models, includingcompensation models

• Provide actionable insights to operations and explain financial performance to field leadership

• SupportM&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial and operational improvements

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred but not required)

• 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience

• Proven experience partnering directly with operations and senior leadership

• Multi-site experience required; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

• Strong FP&A background with advanced financial modeling skills

• Demonstrated career stability and growth within prior roles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
