Valcor ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Savannah, GA (31405 and surrounding areas) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or community settings

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record session data to monitor client progress

• Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

• Prepare therapy materials and adapt sessions to client needs

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data

• Reliable transportation for local client sessions

• Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts
