Receptionist Needed for Memory Care Community
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized full-time receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and residents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist Activities Director with routine activities for residents.
- Assist w/dining room duties during resident meals.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Exact hours will be discussed during the interview.
