The Human Resource Generalist coordinates the human resource activities of the company. This
may include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews
and personnel policies. The position coordinates the staff recruitment process.
The Human Resource Generalist role is an essential function in our offices. The position hours are
8:00AM-6:00PM. Full Time position is benefits eligible for insurance, PTO, and paid holidays, after 90
days of employment.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree {Preferred}
• Minimum 3 years Human Resource Experience
• Must have valid Driver’s License
Job Requirements
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and all Federal, State, and local medical service
requirements, including HIPPA Privacy & Security.
• Participate in / Drug Free Workplace / E-Verify participant/ EOE
• Ability to rotate to multiple office locations as needed
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management
• Meet goals and objectives set forth in the key responsibilities
• Capable of adapting as business needs require
• Ability to accept any additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and anticipating staffing needs.
• Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations
when appropriate.
• Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational policies
and objectives.
• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions at the request of the HR
Director, CEO or COO.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding training
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal
and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the
organization at hearings.
• Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and
keeping past and current records.
• Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, and
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Ensures that all personnel are up to date on continuing education requirements to maintain
applicable licenses
• Ensure all employees are evaluated at 90 days and annually
• Maintain 100% employee compliance with ZOe eLearning training
• Ensure that employee files are up to date and complete
• Ensure that drug screens and background checks are conducting on all new hires and as
requested by the HR Director, CEO and COO
• Under the Direction of the HR Director, Ensures maintenance of Qualified Staff inclusive of
Nursing, Front Desk, Administrative and Facilities employee.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator, HR Director and/or COO with patient events inclusive of
Holiday Dinner Give-A-ways and quarterly patient events in all service areas
• Assists in the coordination of employee participation in patient events
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs other necessary duties as required by the organization

Physical Requirements
• Frequent mobility, standing and/or sitting for extended period
• Frequent bending and stooping required
• Requires occasional lifting to 50 lbs. of boxes of paper
• Requires the frequent handling of materials
• Occasional weight-bearing may exceed 50 lbs.
