Accountant

About the Role:
We seek a Full-Time Accountant to manage Accounting operations for one of our favorite clients based in Las Vegas. The position requires proficiency with QuickBooks and a strong focus on efficient AP management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working during PST hours, including handling occasional after-hours tasks. This is a stable position for someone seeking long-term consistency over career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, primarily focusing on accounts payable, reporting to the Head of Finance.
• Use QuickBooks Desktop to record financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Conducts paybacks, manages data entry, and maintains vendor information.
• Ensure timely invoice payments and account reconciliations.
• Be available during PST business hours, and flexible for urgent tasks after hours.

Requirements:

• Strong background in bookkeeping, with a focus on accounts payable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and familiarity with ADP.
• Must pass a background check.
• Seeking long-term stability
