Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of eight who work together in a supportive and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an operations manager for a healthcare group and as a sales consultant with Aflac, experiences that helped shape my leadership style and focus on strong customer relationships. Community involvement is a major focus for our agency. We’ve hosted community health fairs, coat and turkey giveaways, and actively participate in local outreach efforts. Our business was honored with the Minority Business Award in 2025 and recognized by the Georgia Business Journal as a regional winner for insurance. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
