Responsibilities

1. Engage with potential customers in a professional and approachable manner, actively listening to their needs and providing exceptional guidance and support throughout the sales process.
2. Expertly demonstrate product features, benefits, and offerings to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of our vehicles' value proposition.
3. Identify opportunities for selling and cross-selling, leveraging in-depth knowledge of our product lineup and understanding each customer's unique preferences.
4. Manage and update customer information accurately in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in automotive technology to effectively articulate the value of our products and services.

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
