Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator and Assistant needed in Atlanta GA! A leading Engineering and Construction firm in the Atlanta area is seeking talented project coordinators and assistants for immediate position. In these roles you will work with industry leading expert on large engineering and utility construction projects. Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience. location: Atlanta, Georgia
job type: Contract
salary: $27 - 36 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Manage communication for project needs with vendors, suppliers, clients and project team
- Resolves questions regarding the project; research and provide appropriate answers.
- Prepare and present meeting notes, presentations and tables utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other programs.
- Monitor projects deadlines and benchmarks and support presentation of monthly progress reports covering action items and progress updates.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings for the project. This may include: project orientation and training, stakeholder meetings, team meetings, periodic reviews, etc.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
