Role Overview

As a Staff Accountant in the FRG division, you will work closely with accounting professionals, clients, auditors, and vendors. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and maintain accrual schedules

• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules

• Prepare periodic financial statements and reporting packages

• Assist with annual budgeting and audits

• Prepare and file annual 1099s in compliance with reporting deadlines

• Maintain accounting work papers and supporting analyses

• Develop financial reports and analyze data

• Research and respond to accounting and financial inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of office/accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work extended hours when required

• Experience with MS Dynamics SL, Excel Power Query, or Prospero is a plus
