TITLE: Technology Lead

LOCATION: Roswell, GA (hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/01/2026 to 12/01/2026

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Design for Coupa, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)
• Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source to pay processes, including approval workflows, custom fields, PO forms, catalog, supplier, item, user setup, and security roles
• Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team
• Create functional specification documents for WRICEF objects
• Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Advise business partners on SAP solutions applicable to business problems
• Operate in close partnership with IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, and cross-functional teams
• Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/maintain meaningful business relationships
• Support the creation and execution of IT solutions in consultation with stakeholders
• Assist in global SAP and Coupa configuration and data loads in sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and master data

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience in end-user industry, IT consulting, systems integration, or IT product environment
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on procurement transformations at an enterprise scale
• A degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy
• Minimum of 7 years configuration experience in Coupa/SAP S4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, Materials Management
• Experience in configuration, testing, and implementation of Coupa
• Participated in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations focusing on analytics-led business transformation
• High learning agility with outcome-oriented and transformative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing projects and vendor partners
• Ability to work effectively in a global setup and cross-cultural environment

Preferred Experience

• Postgraduate diploma or MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution
• Experience in other functional areas such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, and Finance
• SAP Functional modules training and certification

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $76.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
