- Building strategic partnerships with suppliers, developing and agreeing on KPI systems, and monitoring contract compliance
- Organization and leadership of centralized tenders, including multifactor market analysis, negotiations with suppliers, evaluation of commercial proposals, and definition of selection criteria
- Participation in the development and implementation of the procurement strategy for indirect purchases in the Make category
- Collaboration with other functions to develop and implement optimization plans
- Negotiation and signing of contracts with suppliers
- Streamlining and improving the supplier database
- Accountable for achieving annual savings and cash flow targets
- Higher education
- 3+ years of working experience in procurement
- Fluency in Georgian and English languages
- Confident MS Office user
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result-orientation
