Life Enrichment Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences and enriching the lives of seniors? We're looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to develop and oversee engaging programs that support a person-centered lifestyle for residents.

What You'll Do:

Develop & Lead Activities - Plan and participate in daily and weekly enrichment programs that align with residents' interests and enhance their well-being.
Create Engaging Events - Design a monthly activities calendar filled with diverse programs, including social gatherings, special events, and holiday celebrations.
Coordinate with Other Teams - Work with the kitchen staff to arrange food services for events, manage attendance lists for outings, and ensure snacks are available during planned activities.
Connect with the Community - Build relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and entertainers to bring a variety of engaging activities to residents.
Encourage Resident Involvement - Support and empower residents to participate in programs that interest them, while also facilitating monthly resident council meetings for feedback and new ideas.
Support Resident Well-Being - Ensure activities align with each resident's care plan and communicate any necessary updates to the Wellness Director.
Welcome New Residents - Assist with move-ins, greet new residents, and help them integrate into the community by introducing them to fellow residents.

What We're Looking For:

A compassionate and creative individual with a passion for working with seniors.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to foster a warm and inclusive environment.
Experience in planning and leading group activities is a plus.
