Self Brothers Heating & Cooling, a trusted name in residential HVAC services for over 15 years, is currently seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to join our professional team in Marietta, GA.

GREAT PAY

The Lead Installer rate averages out to $57 - $64 / hour and includes up to $1500 sign-on bonus, dependent on experience.

This role is paid on a performance-based, piece-rate system . You'll earn a flat rate for each completed installation, with no cap on the number of installations you can complete in a day-your earning potential is directly tied to your productivity and efficiency. While some installations may take a full day, many can be completed in half a day. Some team members choose to finish their day after one install, while others opt to take on a second to increase their daily income. The flexibility allows you to take control of your schedule and maximize your earnings based on the time and effort you choose to invest.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with overtime opportunities available. Technicians are dispatched directly from home each day!

As a Lead HVAC Installer, your day will begin by heading directly from your home to your assigned job site. You will install residential HVAC systems by reading blueprints and technical diagrams, measuring and connecting systems accurately, and performing thorough testing on all installations. You'll maintain clear communication with customers, offering recommendations for additional services when appropriate. Using the latest diagnostic tools and mobile devices equipped with ServiceTitan, you'll deliver efficient, high-quality work with professionalism and integrity. You will be supported by a dedicated team and have access to ongoing training and performance incentives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with clients and recommend services

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
