Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with strong electronic troubleshooting abilities down to the component level and hands-on experience with PLC programming and diagnostics. This role also requires working knowledge of mechanical systems to support a wide variety of industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic systems, including sensors, relays, power supplies, HMIs, VFDs, and motor controls.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (primarily Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, or other relevant platforms).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, function block, and technical documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis on electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support and install industrial automation systems, including conveyors, saws, press systems, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues related to gearboxes, bearings, chain drives, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school or trade certification preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 3+ years of proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent)
- Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level (resistors, transistors, fuses, etc.)
- Familiarity with VFDs, motor controls, and industrial automation
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and repair practices
- Strong reading skills for schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
