- Aggressive Business Development: Proactively hunt and sign new manufacturing and industrial accounts. You are expected to negotiate competitive placement fees and build a robust portfolio of high-value clients.
- Precision Headhunting: Master the art of the "cold reach." You will dive deep into specialized networks to identify and flip passive, top-tier trades talent that isn't found on job boards.
- Total Desk Ownership: Manage the high-velocity, 360-degree lifecycle from initial intake and fee negotiation to candidate submittal, interview coaching, and final offer acceptance.
- Strategic Pipeline Engineering: Maintain a "ready-to-go" network of Journeymen, Leads, and Technicians, ensuring you are always three steps ahead of your clients' next hiring crisis.
- Counter-Offer Insulation: Expertly manage the closing process, pre-closing candidates at every stage to mitigate counter-offers and ensure high-integrity placement success.
- KPI & Revenue Mastery: Take full accountability for your metrics. You will use activity targets (calls, submittals, and interviews) as a roadmap to consistently crush your personal GP and billing goals.
- Consultative Partnership: Act as a market expert, advising clients on talent scarcity, wage trends, and hiring strategies to secure "exclusive" search assignments.
