Miss A Stores, Inc. is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Retail Field Manager to join our expanding team across the greater Atlanta area ! In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management support of your assigned Miss A stores — achieving sales goals, maintaining operational and merchandising standards, and building strong, customer-focused, and motivated teams. The ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, managing payroll expenses, and monitoring and ordering inventory. What You'll Do

• Set and adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal store efficiency while staying within payroll budgets.
• Recruit and grow staff, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified people.
• Train and evaluate existing staff; identify and resolve issues quickly, partnering with HR when needed.
• Achieve sales goals across your assigned stores.
• Collaborate with the Miss A HQ Marketing division to identify in-store opportunities to drive and increase sales.
• Ensure all cash-control procedures are followed — bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash.
• Monitor and control store expenses and budgets, continually identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
• Oversee receiving: ensure all deliveries are processed properly, on time, and per receiving policies.
• Monitor movement of store inventory and follow all receiving policies.
• Implement and maintain all merchandising standards — keeping the sales floor clean, organized, accessible, and true to Miss A's visual standard at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns on time.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3–4 years of retail management experience, or experience running a high-volume business.
• A flexible schedule with availability for nights, holidays, and weekends (a six-day work week is required during peak seasons).
• Experience with planograms, visual merchandising, and executing floor sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate and develop the team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between stores (including in different states if needed).
• A valid state Driver's License.

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Perform repetitive body movement; walking is required regularly.
