Administrative Assistant - Now Hiring

Leverage your organizational skills to manage critical projects and data flow! We are urgently hiring detail-focused administrative assistants to support project teams. Secure immediate contract income and weekly pay by accepting short-term mandates that require expert data management, reporting, and documentation. This role is ideal for experienced admins seeking project variety and high-impact work.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain project databases, spreadsheets (excel), and tracking systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist project managers with compiling data and creating routine progress reports and summaries.
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all project documentation is organized, easily retrievable, and compliant with retention policies.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, setting up meetings and tracking follow-up actions.
- Assist with basic tracking of department expenses, processing invoices, or reconciling expense reports.
