Order Entry Specialist / Administrative Support

The Order Entry Specialist will serve as an administrative support role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform data entry tasks to update order information
- Analyze order data to identify trends or issues
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions
- Change sales orders
- Enter purchase orders
- Provide Accounts Receivable support on researching and resolving discrepancies
- Resolve issues and escalate a needed
- Run routine and special reports
- Track open purchase orders
- Maintain stock in transit reporting
Required Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Able to drive/conduct a large meeting
- Analytical ability
