Responsibilities:
- Paint interiors of homes and apartments with precision and attention to detail.
- Occasionally perform exterior painting tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to enhance property aesthetics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel within metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Skills:
- Proficient in surface preparation, color mixing, and application techniques.
- Familiarity with various paint types (e.g., latex, oil-based).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour.
