Responsibilities:

• Paint interiors of homes and apartments with precision and attention to detail.
• Occasionally perform exterior painting tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to enhance property aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel within metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in surface preparation, color mixing, and application techniques.
  • Familiarity with various paint types (e.g., latex, oil-based).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour.
