Project Manager - Roadway (673) - Fully Remote

The job:

• Design and lead transportation engineering projects across metro Atlanta, focusing on roadway geometry, construction plans, and technical documentation.
• Oversee project delivery from concept through construction, guiding junior engineers and ensuring compliance with AASHTO, GDOT, FHWA, and local standards.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Develop cost estimates, specifications, and bid packages while managing schedules, budgets, and client coordination.
• Conduct field inspections, site visits, and on-site reviews to support accurate, constructible design solutions.

Benefits

• Approximate salary range of $125,000 - $155,000.
