Courier Driver

Job Description:

eBryIT Inc. is in need of a W2VHE Courier Driver to assist with delivering and picking up computer equipment.

Job Title: W2 Variable Hour Employee
Work days: Monday - Friday
Start date/End date: ASAP - Long-term (ongoing)
Work hours: 8:00 am - 1 pm/2 pm, (longer hours based on volume of work)

Job Description: The driver will start off in the morning picking up Chromebooks at Ebryit's configuration center in Kennesaw, GA 30144 center and traveling to designated schools within Fulton County to deliver and pick up repaired/damaged Chromebook units. Drivers will be assigned to designated areas each day (30-mile radius).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good driving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Business professional at all times (Will be communicating with school staff).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.. repeatedly.
• Task and detail oriented.
• Dependable/reliable.
• Ability to work alone.
• Must use your own personal vehicle for pickups/deliveries.

Important:

• The candidate will be responsible for driving/using their own vehicle for this job.
• Must have your own reliable transportation, good MVR record (last 3 years), and a valid GA driver's license.
• Required to pass a full criminal background check, MVR check, and 10-panel drug screening.
• Required meeting eBryIT's auto insurance policy requirements.

Auto Insurance Coverage for GA Variable Hour Employees only:

• Liability: $25,000 per person / $50,000 per accident / $25,000 per Property Damage incident.

As an eBryIT-certified Independent Contractor, you must adhere to the following professional standards during the performance of services for eBryIT:

• Attire must be clean and pressed.
• Acceptable attire includes a collared shirt (polo style or button-down shirt); khakis, Dockers or similarly styled pants, and hard-soled shoes such as loafers.
• Unacceptable attire includes, but is not limited to, torn or soiled clothes of any kind, blue jeans (or denim-like material), T-shirts, sunglasses, hats, and tennis or jogging shoes.
• No visible body piercings or tattoos.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year of business professional delivery driving experience.
